Yesterday, there was a customer buying a watermelon along with some other groceries and the watermelon ended up falling on the floor and breaking. I let the customer know about it, offered to get another one, which I did. I brought the broken watermelon to the produce room. I apologized to the customer and she was pretty understanding and seemed fine with me replacing her watermelon.:cool:
