Yesterday, when I did an override, the key broke in the hole. Luckily, the customer gave me pretty much the exact amount of cash for the payment (.01 cent extra). I called in the problem and tech support told me over the phone that someone should be in to replace the keyhole and the key. I left a note about the broken key in 3 different places and the sale on that register was transferred to one of the service desk registers.:ashamed:
