my first job was in a grocery store, I've worked phone jobs doing credit card accounts, cell phone tech support/repair, roadside assistance, ect. worked for a cruise line as a janitor, room steward, and laundry person and have anough stories and opinions on customers and how all of them think there's "no customer service in todays society" that I could probably write a few books, if I got really ambitious and got a PhD in Sociollogy I could probably create a new feild of study
