It's bad enough that you can't actually call a human being (at least I couldn't find a number) but when I e-mailed support, I got a generic response that had little to do with my inguiry. It read like they looked at my subject line and sent a pre-scripted response. So I replied that I understood what they were telling me, but repeated my question. In the second response I got THE SAME canned answer as before, only re-worded. The third time I sent a short message, asking if anyone was actually reading my e-mails because the replies had nothing to do with the questions I was asking. I got an apology for the confusion, and THE SAME information I'd already been given twice, along with a coupon, because I'm special to them.

Grr. Anyone else had this problem, or is it just me?
