:wave: Hello! A co-worker of mine told me about this site the other day and I just can't resist it! I have been in customer service of some form or another for 15 years. Either waiting tables, working in a hotel, selling heavy equipment (construction), and, most recently, call center work. This site is a breath of fresh air!:cheers:
