Okay, June has been a busy month for me!

First, my daughter Kelly was diagnosed with Autism (at the low end of the spectrum, the doctor said she was also high functioning).

Then June 14th, was the last day of the school year so now until July 9th (when summer school is in session) I have her 24/7.

I went on vacation on June 16 and I returned on June 21. I went to Jacksonville. I flew to Jacksonville. I have panic attacks when I fly. I hate to fly. I flew and I survived! Yay me!

Anyways, because of hubby's crazy work schedule, Kelly stayed at my parents' house and my mom & dad looked after her.

I return on June 21 to a 3-1/2-almost-4-year-old who is potty trained (all I have to do is ask her if she has to go potty and if she say 'yeah', then I take her to the potty and she goes). I also came home to a daughter who has a larger vocabulary. She can say "Nana" and "Papa" (the names my parents chose to be called). She can say "Mommy", "Daddy", "puppy", "potty", "poo" and a variety of other words! It's amazing! She has such a sweet little voice. I love to hear her voice!

As I said, I should go on vacation more often and let my mom take over my daughter. Wow!

Hey! Congratulations! Now there is a no-fuss potty training method...maybe you should write a book. :D

Working title: How to get your parents to potty train your child for you. How does that sound? LOL

Yesterday, Kelly shouted "Potty!" in the middle of Target. You can bet I RAN (in flip flops none-the-less) all the way to the restroom 'cos I didn't want her peeing/pooping in the cart.
