Well I just got back from going there. Their fliers claim they take ALL health insurance. That's a lie. They do NOT take all health insurance. I told the woman at the counter their fliers say they do. She tells me that, "Well, that system's not gonna be in place for the next few weeks. Would you like to check back in a few weeks???" I just shook my head no and left. To the woman's credit, though, she wasnt a rude bitch and actually sounded sympathetic.

I'm assuming that you got the flyer in the mail? Or was it in the store? Either way, it's false advertising... Though it could have been a shipping/mailing mistake that caused it.

The flyer didn't have any small print saying "Available from XX day of XX month"??
Coz seriously, that's not good...
At least she was nice - wonder how many people are gonna yell at her for it tho?

From their website: "At Kool Smiles, our goal is to provide dental health services to children who have previously had limited or no access to dental care."
Sounds to me like maybe this place is set up for people who don't have insurance, but that's just my guess. Also, nothing on their site mentioned the "any insurance" issue, so maybe it was just that single location who messed up.
