So my dad really really REALLY wants an rc helicoptor for christmas. Like, the serious ones that run on fuel, rise at 90 mph and take out people when they crash. The one's I've found have been$800-$1000, which is way out of my price league. Does anyone know of any cool rc helis that are decent (not crappy plastic toys) but maybe more like $100 or less? I know it's asking rather a lot, but I thought I'd check here before I drop the idea entirely.

Here's an electric copter. It's ready to fly, and seems to come with everything needed but AA's.

(Stupid me, I almost forgot the link!)
BTW, has your dad ever tried to fly any RC copters at all? As you pointed out, the copters themselves can be stupidly expensive before the radio. If he hasn't, suggest to him that he start out with a toy, and work his way up as he gains flying skill.
