I have been having so many problems with my cell phone carrier(Cingular) its beyond the point of ridiculous.

They have never gotten our bill right,every month we keep having to get credits done to fix their mistakes. I text message a lot so I have 1000 TM for 9.99. It will cover me for 250 then start charging me and then around 400 or so it will be covered again. This happens almost every month.

I was also charged for about 7-8 months for the *FREE* unlimited mobile to mobile(9.99)and they would not give me a credit for it, how was I supposed to know it was free until I saw the sign one day.

They also keep adding and taking off stuff that we don't need/need like they took off my TM and added some 19.99 extreme messaging thing on all of the phone lines!! :confused:x

And they keep sending me the same phone when i send them my old one back and it still has the same problem with the new one.Aggggghh :runaway:

I just wanted to know if anyone has had any good phone service form others besides Cingular. I really like Cingular because they have good coverage, and I dont know about the rest of the other companies coverages. I live in the country so good coverage is essential. And also because I dont have a home phone, just the cell.
I am just really tired of having to go to the store every time the bill comes in. And going thru the same stuff over and over.

Wow, someone don't have their act together at that store. I would find out who at Cingular you can call, because it sounds like the people at the store aren't doing their work correctly. In other words, they might be fixing past bills but not updating the system for new bills. Sounds to me the store is screwing with you. (maybe unintentional or on purpose only they can say)

I've had excellent service with Verizon. Been with them just over two years and no problems whatsoever.

I too have great service with Verizon, my whole family does. It's not perfect but I've never had any trouble.

I've had Sprint PCS for well over 7 years now, and I have not had any problems (knock on wood). The coverage is great, they have some of the best phones in the cellular market (Sanyo phones rock!) and their plans are pretty darn attractive.

Cingular is owned by AT&T-and from "ahem" personal experiance with the "customer service" side of AT&T-they will sacrifice quality service to save a buck or two. Our center had 10 years experiance working with them and we were costing them too much money at $10 an hour, so they hired a bunch of people for $6 and hour, gave them very little training(two weeks-we trained for a month) and laid us all off-customers not happy with the <lack of> service-mind you when AT&T was doing it themselves rather than outsourcing, the dispute/billing inquiry personell got $24 an hour. But if you do have problems with Verizon, rest assured BlaqueKatt is on it;) (starting monday I work for Verizon customer service :D :wave: )
