As part of my new diet, my favorite coworker has lent me some of her Weight Watchers info. I eventually have to give them back, so I was wondering if anyone knows how/where I can get the books (especially the one with the points values) without actually having to join WW.

I know some people doing it. I hear it's pretty good as far as diets go. What I like about it is you can eat normal foods if you want to.
My sister only gets 22 points. I get 32! HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Book stores? :P
Look at your local library, the books they have might not be up to date, though. You could also see if the WeightWatchers official home page allows you to purchase the books without joining.

Maybe Craig's List? To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to get them free, but WW is waiving the join fee right now, and it should only cost about 15 bucks. I'm joining again next week, myself, though I'll be doing core.

Honestly, from what I've seen Weight Watchers is the same as the diet diabetics have to follow. My mom and my grandfather had to follow that, and my mother in law does WW, and I from what I gather it's practically the same (WW doesn't have as much restriction on sugar of course).

Try Ebay... some people sell their starter kits there

It's worth a shot but I don't remember seeing that sort of thing there (I did a quick search on bn.com but I mostly came up with cookbooks). There are lots of books put out by Weight Watchers, though, so you might find something helpful. But if you are looking for just a straight listing of foods and their points values I'm not so sure about that. A lot of their books are cookbooks, and I know some of the newer ones do have info on points; whether they give you more than just the points for the recipes in the book, I don't know.

Thanks for the help, guys!
My coworker found the rest of her info, and found her second copy for me. (She joined twice, so she has extras of all the info.)
