Chained to the counter

Well i was back in the hospital with excruiating pain and saw the doctor, he checked my teeth and he doesn't thing it's my wisdom teeth at all, he said there was no decay or swelling in my gums and it didn't hurt when he tapped them.
He believes i may have a trapped nerve in my face or my jaw could be out of alignment because it clicks when i chew or open my mouth, so i'm seeing the doc tomorrow and he's sending me for a facial xray.
Hopefully we can get this sorted quickly, he also mentioned it could be a blocked sinus since most of my pain is a night.
