Hey, not sure how many remember me, but I am back. Working at a call center now taking incoming calls for phone repair for a cable phone company. Let me tell ya, I used to think all those stories you hear about call centers were just that, stories. I now know all of them are true. I may post a few of the really good ones. Talk at y'all later.
