So here it is; I've come up with my first resume to try to "wow" the place I am applying for. I've already "wowed" the GM, but the DM is next and I have not met him. I am applying for AM since that is what the GM suggested to me, but the problem is I have had minimal management experience. So if you have the time, please look over what I've come up with and be as critical as possible. :)

(Heads up: it's for a position at a Bohemian-type store. They sell hermit crabs, little Buddhas, tapestries, body jewelry, and the sort.)

First of all you have plenty of experience for an AM job. Don't sell yourself short.

A couple of thoughts...
Education should go down below your work experience.
Make sure your resume fits on one page.
Some of your best experience is with Mr. Ice Cream, but I don't know what "key holder" realy means. Could you change that to something a little more universal?

One of the big things I look for when hiring someone, especilly a mangement person, is someone that is going to stay. Make sure you are prepared to explain any jobs you weren't at very long like Carmike cinema.

Enthusiasm is your huge selling point. I don't know you yet I already like you and that's what will get you the job. You have done a very good job with the resume. Good luck!!!!!
