Crappy college administration follow-up.

So you may remember this (http://www.customerssuck.com/board/showthread.php?t=25918) post I made recently.

I'm sending a follow-up email to the administration to make sure they're on top of their shit in terms of not withdrawing my application, and was wondering what you CSers thought of my email before I actually sent it off.

Ms. Administration Lady,

I am sending this to follow up on my application status, and to ensure that my application has not been withdrawn for the Social Service Worker program for the upcoming fall 2008 semester.

I'm certain that the clerical error of my absence from the assessment test that I attended has been cleared up, but I'm just looking to ease my own mind, as I am very much looking forward to attending this College.
In the original email I was sent it was requested that I rebook for the 1st of April, but seeing as I attended I wanted to be certain everything was sorted out before tomorrow.

Good, not good?
I don't want to come off as pushy or make it seem like I don't have faith in their administration (although at this point I have very little) but I would really rather not have my application withdrawn because someone made a mistake then failed to rectify it once it had been confirmed that I was in fact in attendance.

Also, if any of you have any leftover good karma lying around would you mind sending it my way?
1,400+ applications have been received and only 120 students are accepted.
I'm really keeping my fingers crossed that I did well on my test.
It was mostly an English assessment test, and while I have confidence in my English abilities and confidence in my grammar abilities I'm not so confident about the content of my essay.

If for whatever reason I do not get accepted to the program there will be hell to pay at my previous college, as I was a journalism student who had to attend a 13 week grammar course.
If this college deems my English and grammar abilities sub-par then the previous college has some 'splaining to do. :mad:

Normally I would have used the "to whom it may concern" line, but I've spoken to her on the phone a couple of times and it's her personal email, wherein the address is her full name.

Either way she hasn't responded, which doesn't surprise me. This woman seems to never be at her desk when I call and takes her sweet time with email responses.
I can understand having a lot on your plate but that doesn't ease my mind any.
