That, folks, would be me.
And I have proof. You see, I'm a chilehead.
This means that I know the hottest peppers in the world, and seek them out to try them.
Which means, of course, that I know of the Naga Jolokia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naga_Jolokia_pepper), or Bhut Jolokia. Rated at 1,000,000 Scovilles. For point of reference, pure capsaicin (the stuff that makes hot peppers hot) is 16,000,000 Scovilles. Jalapenos are at 2,500, and Habaneros are 250,000.
And, just last weekend, I acquired 2oz, dried, of the Naga Jolokia, swearing I would never eat them, they were just for show.
I was wrong.
