This is getting a bit annoying. I ordered four anime figures in December and January from the company ToysLogic. I'm still waiting. For one of the orders, this is legitimate, because it's a preorder that hasn't come in yet. But the other three have been "In Stock" and "Ready to Ship" for a solid month now.
I contacted the company twice. No response whatsoever. I paid in check, so I can't contest the charges. I'm just at a loss of what to do.
Any ideas?

I know some banks that even if you pay with a check and if you don't receive the goods or services you can do a stop payment with the check and your bank will go after the money for you. You just need to make sure you have proof that you don't have the product, and documentation that you've been contacting them trying to get your product.

The no response sucks, but judging from their shipping information, if you paid the flat rate for shipping, they're holding the other three waiting on the fourth.
Unless you paid extra to have the others shipped ahead of the release of the fourth or you have multiple orders, then there's nothing wrong. Yet.
