PS3

Alright, I bought a PS3 last night. It's really quite sexy, actually.

Anyway, I bought two games, GTA IV and Tiger Woods 08.

GTA IV needed updates to play and so does Tiger Woods. However, Tiger Woods stalls out after 23% completion. I can't get into multiplayer without the update. Any ideas???

See if you can go online, get the update on a CD, and load it from there. I haven't had that problem with my ps3, but with my 360 I've had to do it a couple times for backwards compatibility issues.

I'm gonna buy a Playstation 3 before "Metal Gear 4" comes out. I love the Metal Gear series!

If your on wireless you might try changing the channel its broadcasting on. I had the same problem with downloads on my Wii until I found that the Wii prefers to send receive on channel 11. Switched my router over to channel 11 and haven't had a problem since *knocks on wood*
