I'm right now between a rock and a hard place, one place I applied for full time told me that they probably weren't interested because I had a second job that I wanted to keep that made it so I didn't have flexible hours, another place I applied I said that I would be willing to leave that second job if needed and their response was basically, oh, so your willing to quit at anytime because of any slightly better job offer, we don't want to take you on, there's too much risk you'll leave us high and dry. I'm between a rock and a hard place, if I stay I don't have flexible hours, if I leave I'm a job hopper... and as most of you who listen to my rants about the call center know I'll have an ulcer by the time I'm 25 if I don't get out of there... so does anyone know a 3rd option that doesn't end with me getting screwed?

I would try to find something full time if possible. Probably not retail or foodservice, since you don't have management experience. Then the question doesn't exist— you're leaving the call center. Period.

that's the problem, I am looking for full time, but I already have a part time job other than the call center that I started only a month ago... so if I leave there it looks like I'm job hopping on my resume and work history...

And you would be stupid enough to include it on your resume ... why? :)

If you've been at the call centre for about a month or two, and you plan on leaving the second you can, leave it off your resume. I'm assuming you don't need call centre experience on your resume.
If your job search extends beyond on or two months, you'll need to account for that time so you don't look like a loafer. If you're only part time at the call centre, now is your chance to do a few hours a week as a volunteer for a cause that has always interested you. What kinds of jobs are you applying for? Find a local charity that can put you to work and allow you to gain experience in that field, if possible. Then put the volunteer work on your resume to cover the time period you are at the call centre.
In interviews, say that you took advantage of your time off to pursue an interest and to keep busy while looking for "the right job" for you.

because the job I've only been at for a month is related to the jobs I'm applying for, so if I leave it off I have no experience... hence my problem, either I have no experience and can't get a job or I'm a job hopper and can't get a job (and the call center I've been at for over a year now and I need to get the hell out, i staid there that long because they were paying for my tuition but now I've maxed out my tuition reimbursement so there's no longer any reason to stay).
