OK, so I have one very, very, ripe banana, and I want to make banana bread. No nuts, please, they make me nauseous. (Chocolate chips are good, though.)
Also, I want to make homemade macaroni and cheese, and I want to bake it. I cannot get enough of the crust cheese on top.
Help, please?

Okay here it is:
Banana Bread
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons butter
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups mashed, very ripe bananas
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup heavy cream
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray bottom only of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Beat butter in large bowl with an electric mixer set at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat well. Add egg, egg whites and vanilla; beat until well blended. Add mashed banana, and beat on high speed 30 seconds.
3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder in medium bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with cream, ending with flour mixture. Add chocolate chips to batter; mix well.
4. Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pan. Bake until browned and toothpick inserted near center comes out clean, about 1 hour 15 minutes.
5. Cool bread in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove bread form pan; cool completely on wire rack. Slice and serve with butter and jam.
Enjoy :D I also have a recipe for strawberry bread if anyone wants it.

Oooh, banana bread with chocolate chips...send me some? :p
My mom makes mac and cheese from an old Good Housekeeping cookbook. Or Betty Crocker...I don't remember...but it's just the basic, has-everything cookbook...good stuff, though.

I cheat at Mac and cheese but it's the best recipe I have. If you cook a lot (more then once a week) then you should have a feel for how the recipe is made.
1-2 lbs Velveeta, cubed (the amount of cheese you use is entirely up to you)
1 lbs box of Rotini (you must use the entire box)
1/2 cup milk (I use whole but have been known to use 2% and Skim)
4 tablespoons salted sweet butter (You can use margarine, but I advise against it since the flavour will be slightly off), cubed.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 177 degrees Celsius.
Cook the pasta according to the box's directions. Add cheese cubes and give two quick stirs, just to mix but not melt. Dot a casserole dish with half the cubed butter pieces and layer in pasta/cheese mixture. Dot the top with the the rest of the butter. Pour the milk over the top and bake for 25-35 minutes or until the cheese melts completely.
I'd give you my banana bread tea loaf recipe but I can't find it right now. Sorry.

Okay so two people have asked for the Strawberry bread, here is the recipe
Strawberry Walnut Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
1 (10-ounce) package of frozen sliced sweetened strawberries, thawed
1 ¼ cups chopped walnuts
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
2. Combine flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Whisk eggs in a small bowl until blended. Add the eggs and oil to the flour mixture and stir just until blended. Fold in undrained strawberries and walnuts.
4. Spoon equal portions of the batter into the prepared loaf pans. Bake until a toothpick inserted in centers of loaves comes out clean, about 70 minutes.
5. Cool loaves in pans for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
Variation
For mini bread loaves, bake in four 5x3-inch loaf pans until the loaves test done, about 45 to 50 minutes.
Choclate chips can be used in place of walnuts :D
