My boss has found it necessary to email the entire staff the following:
Please do not use 'Colour' mode on the copiers to copy leave forms, or any other coloured paper forms with only black writing on them...
The colour selection refers to the text, not the colour of the paper!
He has on his desk a copy of our annual leave request form. This is done on green paper for filing purposes. Someone actually colour copied 100 copies of the form onto more green paper. There is a line of the green paper green around the non-printable edge of the paper, and it's a deeper green where it's printed the green of the form it colour copied onto the green paper.
Where's the smack in the head smiley for topic posts?
