Wow. Unfortunatley for Mike, that kind of result is often the way. So much for freaking innocent until proven guilty. Since he didn't do it, they couldn't possibly prove him guilty, so it should have been an open and shut case. From the judge's point of view maybe he did, maybe he didn't, but they have no proof.

It does seem like Mike crossed a line, really. But the appropriate response was already done and ... well 'dusted' (pun intended). She spoke to management. Management spoke to Mike. Mike got a slap on the wrist. Enough. Done. Over.

I love the way it went from sprinkling a little glitter in certain areas to groping her and her boyfriend.
