I recently passed my one year anniversary date at work. Still haven't had my review.
My boss has had some issues recently with my supposed lack of getting things done on my shift. FTR, I DO get almost everything done. Dusting is the one thing that is not done. The only times when things DON'T get done is my days off. Does she yell at my coworkers? Nope. I get in trouble.
I want my review, but I don't think it's going to be as good as I would hope, through very little fault of my own.
Should I ask her about it, or wait and see what happens?
