At the service desk, the service desk employees have to answer the phone. Quite a bit of the time, the call starts something like this.:popcorn:
Me: <Grocery store>, purplecat41877 speaking.
Customer on phone: Is this <same Grocery store I just said>?
Me: It is.
Thought: I really wish people would listen the first time.:mad:
