Yesterday, had a gentleman come in with a phone that was having an issue. The Tech was busy with another customer, so I took him. He said he'd been by earlier in the week, but must've just missed us. Then he said this:
"I admit I got frusterated and left a very nasty message on your voicemail. I'm sorry to whomever had to listen to it, I wasn't angry at any of you, just at myself for not getting up here on time when I knew full well you guys closed at 6. I apologize."
Now I didn't hear the voicemail, I think the Tech did, but I haven't had a chance to ask him about it. I just thought it was nice that he admitted to it and apologized. AND admitted his getting here late was his own fault! Wonders never cease. :)
Oh, and we got his phone fixed and ready to roll in no time!
