....No Love.
Quite possibly one of the more memorable phrases encouraging people to wear a condom. Thing is I am trying to find out what other phrases are out there, if anyone has any please share! :D

Before you attack her, cover your whacker.
Don't be a dick, cover your prick. (also works vice versa  )
Gosh I used to know so many more, but I can't remember them!

There were old US Military "training" films from a long time ago.... we're talking WWII, Korean War era, mind you... that, on the subject of shore leave shenanigans, advised the recruits to "put it on before you put it in!"

I used to have a sticker on my old car that said "A tisket a tasket, a condom or a casket"

When this poster appeared at my high school, some people thought it was hilarious to cross out the "an".

make love, not babies...
that's about it :)
make love, not babies...
that's about it :)The youth wing of a political party here has condoms with "Make Love not _" on the wrapper, where _ is another party.

If you think you'll want a shag, slip a johnny in your bag
Meant more for ladies preparing for a night out, but equally suitable for a man bag carrier.
How is that the only one I remember?

When this poster appeared at my high school, some people thought it was hilarious to cross out the "an".Here in the Baltimore area, 98 Rock in Baltimore used to air tons of "twisted tunes" spoofing popular songs. They may still run them occasionally, from time to time.
One such Twisted Tune was "Condom-Man", sung to the tune of the old "Spider-Man Theme" from the 1960s cartoon!
Here's a small portion of the lyrics:
Condom-Man, Condom-Man,
does whatever a condom can
Fits a johnson, any size
When you rise, condomize
Hey there!
Here comes the Condom-Man!
EDIT: Unfortunately, the song in question is not currently available for download at 98 Rock's Twisted Tunes page (http://www.98online.com/pages/music_tunes.aspx), but there ARE a lot of OTHER great Twisted Tunes on it that are worth listening to! I'm especially fond of their Led Zeppelin spoof "Stairway to 7-11"!
The infamous Sue Johannson said "Don't be a dork, wrap your pork!"
She's among the many people who owe me new pairs of underwear and pants or a few free Actonell presciptions.

I just remembered another one which I've seen bumper stickers of:
If it's not on [picture of a condom] it's not on [picture of disappointed-looking guy]

I'm especially fond of their Led Zeppelin spoof "Stairway to 7-11"!
I couldn't resist commenting here.....a local act, Pete and Wayne, who are bloody hilarious, have one of the most hilarious spoofs of "Stairway to Heaven" ever, called "Buying a 7-11." Despite the crowd noise, it is definitely worth a listen here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZF3lzhfKnmU&feature=related). Warning: potential Rule 1 violations. (And yes, just about all their stuff is this damn funny--some of it even funnier. If you are ever in Key West, I recommend checking these guys out.)
Okay, back to the discussion on, um, "gift-wrapping." :D
