In order to be eligible to obtain any sort of management position at Wal-Mart, you have to pass a "Managment assessment" test on the computers in the back room. After failing it in April, I took it again today after the required 6-month wait and I PASSED!! WOOOOT!!
Yeah, so I'm eligible to become a CSM and get the worst of the worst, but at least I'm ELIGIBLE for a promotion. How much ass does that kick?
