Ok if you can't get online why would a college student have him mom in a completely different state call in for him, someone who doesn't have the computer, someone who doesn't know how to use the computer (trust me that became apparent reaaaaalllll quick). I mean wow. what am I supposed to tell his mom, she cant give me any info need.

Before I had a chance to submit this, a coworker now has the son on the phone, end of life system, none of the cds needed, didnt reload os correctly with what he had, and still wants to know why his mom could do all this with him having the computer in another state.....dumb@$$

if he doesnt have a cell phone he would have had no way of calling you depending on the college
at my college, unless you sign up for a plan which costs money, you cant make outgoing calls except within the college and possibly in the same area code im not sure

his problem though about the phone and yes he did have a celphone, his mom called him during the call to get a few #s before telling us she didnt have the thing. if you need help from tech support, how you call is your problem but you have to be in front of the system and need to listen with your ears not your mouth another fun problem some phone customers cant deal with.
