Finally a place to vent to people who know exactly what it's like!
:wave: Hi from Ireland.
My name is Michelle and I work on the customer services desk for a large supermarket chain ....... we all wear flourescent (sp?) green and have an affinity with wally's! Oooh the stories I have for you....the 'lady' who wanted me to let her kid keep my wedding ring, the couple who yelled at one of my checkout girls for closing her till even after they'd been told her grandmother had just been taken to hospital with a life threatening condition...the guy who wanted a refund on a dvd player he'd sold to his friend..... oh the list goes on.
