This could also go under brain burps, but since it involved vehicles and alcohol I'll put it here.

2 guys check into my hotel together, the first arriving in a pick-up truck, the 2nd in what is obviously a highly-customized and very expensive motorcycle with a very cool paint-job.

They ask if they can stay parked in the checking-in spaces, where the bike will be in my view all night, and I tell them thats fine, I'll keep an eye on it.

Guy then decided for extra security hes gonna chain and lock it to the front of his buddy/bf/whatevers truck.

Cut to about 2 hours later, they decided to go on another beer run, hop in the truck, and back out...... dragging the precious motorcycle about 8 feet, smashing its side view mirrors, and completely ruining the left side of the paint job. :roll:

Oh my. Did they then continue with the beer run? I would not want those guys driving on the same roads I am if they forgot/didn't notice the motorcycle chained to the truck. Definitely serves that dude right!

Sad part is, as scatterbrained as I am, I could see myself doing something like that stone-cold sober.

:lol::roll:

Expect these idiots to sue because:

You let them attach the bike to the truck (you obviously should have known it was a stupid idea).

You didn't stop them from backing up with the bike attached.

And on top of that, your hotel doesn't have posted signs telling guests they cannot attach a bike to a truck.:roll:

And on top of THAT, you didn't warn them that really cool expensive bikes could get damaged and end up being realy expensive and boring to get fixed.;)

Nor were there posted signs warning them to check if anyone had chained something to their truck, or their bike to something else.

And no one told them that no matter how cool and expensive your bike is, chopping up the truck is worth more.

we can go on, and on, all day long.:rolleyes:
