Hi, all. Been lurking for months. This site is highly addictive. Anyway, I have quit the customer service scene, but boy do I remember. Worked at Kinko's not once, but twice. Waited tables before that. Kinko's customers are some of the biggest idiots on sweet planet earth and do I have some stories.
