When I first moved into my apartment complex 6 years ago it was a nice place. Nice families lived here and their kids were well behaved and people actually took pride and respected the area they live in. Now it seems like all that is changing.

There are constantly kids 10 to 15 years old hanging outside at all hours of the day and night. Screaming, yelling and cussing up a storm.

Today while leaving for work I noticed that somebody peeled off the window decals I had on the back of my car window :pissed: I have a feeling it was these kids that I see hanging out at night. In fact when I came home tonight at 11pm they were standing around in my parking stall goofing around.

It makes me so mad that one of these brats peeled of my window decals. It might seem like no big deal and its just some window decals. But they were mine and I spent my hard earned money on them and how dare they touch them :punch:

I have never said a word to these kids before or even looked at them. I mind my own business. What kind of parent lets their 12 or 14 year old hang outside that late at night? I got home from work yesterday at 8pm and the decals where there so I figured it must have happened at night while these brats were fooling around the complex.

I'd report it to the complex management. It's only window decals but it's still vandalism...

Call the police if they're loitering.

ifey are under 16 like you said call the cops if they are out after 11:30pm most states have some kind of curfew and if you are in the states which you are there parents can get fines i think or call from social services.

I talked to management and she said that unless I know who do it she can't do anything. She said that she will talk to the group of kids about them hanging out so late at night. She is also going to talk to their parents to remind them that after 10pm it is quiet time. She said I can also call our security patrol when these kids are out and they will talk to them on the spot. The only problem with that is that it takes over a half hour for them to come out when you call them.
