...Feels like twenty go-go dancers are having a party wearing lead boots in there.. .>< So much pain.... and I have to go to work in 20 min.... *cries*
...First I thought it was dehydration... cause it is wicked hot in my apartment... but I have been guzzling water like a hippo. So I just don't know... I don't get "random" headaches often if ever....:(
Thought I'd share my pain with you....

naproxin sodium (aleve) works pretty well for me...I get random headaches all the time.

I prefer Bayer asprin. The only thing is that you have to take it every 4-6 hours. But I find it works better than aleve or tylenol.

To me it sounds like the start of a migraine. I've conditioned myself to pass out till the pain is gone w/ migraines. No idea how I do it, I just usually cover my head w/ a pillow and close my eyes(cause light hurts) then next thing I know its several hours later and the pain is either gone or receded to a tollerable level.(I can't seem to spell today.)

Too *much* water can be bad for you, and can cause brain swelling which of course would result in headaches. Don't know if that's what's happening to you, but please see a doctor.

Wow! I never knew that. My headache is gone now, for a few days at least ^_^ thanks for worrying! I'll have to keep that in mind for any future mysterious head hurt!

For some odd reason, throwing up can actually help a lot.
