I have finally decided to post here. I've been reading posts here ever since I was told about the saga of Vinegar Boy. I've been hooked ever since. Like all that work in customer service, I've got my share of stories too. I've worked as a clerk in a gas station for more than 7 years, before that I was phone tech support for both a digital satellite manufacturer and then program provider.
