So I was thinking of Morgan when she was a kitten, and when I attempted to leash train her (she wasn't a fan and I lacked patience)
I was walking around my mall (an outdoor mall), holding my dear sweet kitten, and getting odd looks from people. They were used to seeing dogs, but a kitten was new :)
This dear old lady came up to me, asking if she could pet Morgan. I said sure, but to be careful (She was a nipper....yes, I probably shouldn't have said yes because of that)
The lady mentioned that Morgan looked like her deceased cat. Then her eyes teared up, and he said she had to go. I felt pretty bad, poor lady.
Then I walked by the choco-store where I was working, waved to my awesome manger...who ran over and told me to bring in Morgan :) (yeah, yeah, cat in food store bad, whatever, both the manager and I hated that place)
Morgan was on the leash, walking around the store, and hid under a box of truffles...all you could see was me holding her leash. A customer came in, my manager waited on her, while I was trying not to laugh.
The customer looks at me, raises her eyebrow, and I figure I must show the reason so my mirth, I drag Morgan out. Morgan then received praise and pets from all.
I decided to head home after that, Morg had enough, and I figure I shouldn't temp fate and get anyone in trouble.
Silly memory :) Good times. Now Morgan is too...ahem...hefty a kitty for a harness leash, even if I could put one on her.
