Hi. I'm a sysadmin and found the site a few weeks ago while researching a way to explain pebcak to a COWorker in IT. Anyways, most of my problems stem from trying to explain how FTP works (it's only been around since 1980 or so and is therefore "new") or swing the clue-by-four in to the lusers. Love the site and wanted to register so I can track new posts. :)
