Storming about storms

Yesterday, I got a call:

Caller: You just turned my cable off. What's the deal? I pay my bill.
Me: Let me see... your cable wasn't turned off. It might have something to do with the storm.
Caller: What storm?
Me: You know, the big storm that's going on right now?
Caller: There's no storm.
Me: Whatever. We'll have someone out to fix it.
Caller: When?
Me: As soon as the storm's over.
Caller: I'm telling you there's no storm. I'm supposed to sit here without cable until you get around to fixing something you broke? I'm paying these outrageous prices... and then you tell me it's all because of some storm. How would you even know if there was a storm in my area? You watching the weather channel or something?
Me: You live a block away from the call center.
Caller: Oh. <click>

I think the hug emote would work for that, 'cause have you looked at that one? Its either more pats than hugs, or a REeeeealy friendly hug.
