My BF told me about this yesterday. We knew he had taken a break from acting to battle cancer but didn't realize he was that close.

I know there was some previous talk about replacing him to get season 2 done but in all honesty... I cannot imagine anyone else playing that role. He owned it, literally... just with the expressions on his face.

It's sad that someone so talented is gone so young.
