Dropped DVD

Thats right, for the first time, I dropped a customers DVD, as I was putting it into the bag. I had turned around to bag it, and as I was doing that, I dropped it. I stared at it as it was falling, and ofcourse in my eyes, it was in slow motion. and I just stared at for about 10 seconds, as it had landed. I told the lady that I was sorry for it. The good thing was that it didn't break.

I've never had a DVD break and I've probably dropped hundreds of them over the last few years. :)

I know they can't break that easy. It was just an oops, and the fact, it was the first time I ever dropped a product that the customer just bought.
