Hello - I don't do customer contact work any more, but was reg'd here in one of the site's other iterations (before and during the time it was hosted on EZBoard) and wanted to drop by.

I didn't get to hear that when it was posted on the forums because I was reading at work, forgot to check up at night. Now it's the weekend, so I listened to your link. Ha ha. What a loony! That woman has no idea of real life.

Ya gotta feel a wee bit sorry for her though. She's obviously had some really irritating telemarketing calls.
