Basically the lady is pissed because her drink was made wrong and then she was given the wrong change. The phrase SOB in full is used referring to the cashier.

Yeah, all I got was that they made her stuff wrong, and "they know how I like it, I'm here all the time". Then something about wrong change. :rolleyes:
