The other day, a customer returned some organic milk that went bad. It wasn't the first time this happened to him so he asked for a manager. I called the dairy manager who eventually came up to the service desk. The customer informed the dairy manager of the situation and the dairy manager handled the situation.:D

The customer mentioned that he didn't like complaining. The dairy manager mentioned that sometimes complaining is necessary.:D
