:wave: I have been a customer all my life and a CSR [call center] going on eight years. I use the rule ‘Do unto others as you would like done unto you’ or ‘Give and you Receive’. As a customer I treat every CSR, in person or over the phone, as I want to be treated. I use my CS skills and never fail to get what I want and rarely receive poor service. Smiles, pleases, thank you, compliments, and patience get me what I want and make for a pleasant experience for all of us. Keep smiling and it may rub off on our customers. ;)
