The Desert Bus for Hope is back!

For those of you unaware of what it is, it is a rather creative charity and, well I'll let Graham describe it.

Ath the time I posted this it's been running for approx 7.5 hours and has raised over $25k already. As such, the marathon will be running for 110 hours (aka 4 days and 14 hours)

I'll add a song that they aired. It's a parody song that is really well done.

Remember, the more donated the longer they have to run.

So, after 155 hours (aka 6 days and 11 hours) 12 points, 8 crashes, 15 stops, 581 flushes (don't ask) And I don't even want to know how many timbits consumed, The Desert Bus for Hope wrapped up for it's 7th year. This year it raised over a half million dollars, smashing the old record by nearly eighty thousand. Everyone was awesome and the event was as insane as usual. Even reporters from Al Jazeera pay a visit during the annual call from Teller and do coverage on the event.

Hopefully next year they will outperform themselves yet again. What a crazy, wonderful week!

That was partially due to Notch of Minecraft fame. He's been donating a hefty chunk every year.
