BG/Ok, so yesterday (black Friday) a friend and I decided to take our kiddos out for donuts. Avoiding all malls and such we ended up at the place right down the street from my work. After eating I decided to stop at work and see when I'm working next week. Since we all came in one car myself, friend and all 4 kids head into my store. Friend takes kids and they wait in front of the deli for me as I go behind to check the schedule. I'm done and about to walk away from the deli when this happens./BG

Me: Hey, CW1&2, have a good day! See ya Sunday!
CW1&2: You too! Lucky woman, today off!
Me: I know!!! (I begin walking out from behind the counter, noticing it is a lot busier than I thought for black Friday at a grocery store deli)
SBC: Hey! Hey you! *points at me* just where the hell do you think your going? I'm waiting. Don't you walk away without waiting on me!
Me: I'm not working. (I'm annoyed already so I try to just walk away calmly as my friend and our kids are right there and I don't want to lose it in front of them.)
SBC:Oh no you don't! *grabs my arm as I go by*
Get the fuck back there and start my order you stupid bitch. Workers don't go home until the customer is happy and I'm not happy to wait!
CW1&2 are staring open mouthed at this.

hell no, NO ONE grabs me! I'm about to freak on this woman) Look lady, I've had it! See this jacket? See this winter hat I'm wearing? See the car keys in my hand? I.AM.NOT WORKING. (CW1 comes out to back me up on that) See those kids right there? They are the only reason your arm did not get broken when you grabbed me.Watch your language around kids and NEVER.TOUCH.ME (or any worker).AGAIN.

SBC: WHAT? You'll get fired for this! Where is the manager! *her head is bobbing back and forth as she orders CW2 to page the manager and he refuses* You can't treat me like this! This is disgusting! Someone help me! No one talks to me like this! Arggglleeee...barrgle....scream...eleventy! She goes in search of the store manager.
CW1&2: Did that just happen? She grabbed you? Can't believe that!
I leave before she can come back or whatever but got a text this morning that the manager from yesterday got no complaints about us so on some level she must have known she was wrong. My hands are still shaking now, 24hrs later, as I even type this I am still so pissed off! I can't believe I told her if not for my children I would have broken her arm I'm glad I did but it was one of those moments where you don't think, you just speak on instinct. I still can't believe this happened!

did she expect?! She grabs your arm (assault and battery) and barks orders at you, complete with swearing, and she's oh-my-gosh surprised that you resisted her?! DUH! Honestly, I'm surprised you didn't hit her when she grabbed you. Some people would.
