Dine and Dash
So an older couple came to the cage and were mad because the players club sent them to us because they couldn't get their cash from their points. The only reasons we ever have to deal with this is if a customer owes us money and never paid it. They cashed a check with us and it went so far as to going to the DA for non payment...
SC: Its your fault that I couldn't pay for my meal!
SV: (supervisor) well sir, generally when I go out places I bring cash.
SC: Do you know how embarassed I was when my wife and I had to walk out without paying for our meal?
US:
SV: Sir... You can't get your points because you owe this casino money and until that money is obtained you can't have your cash from your points.
SC: well fine then every time I come back I just won't pay for our meal!
SV: sir, you would be banned and we'd probably call the police. I wouldn't recommend that route.
SC: Fuck you guys. We're leaving!
They never did pay. Once they left the sv took their cash from their account and paid the restaurant. The couple wasn't banned and I can't figure out why we didn't call security... The bill was like $40. They had their names and a pic from the cameras. Why eat more of a loss from those idiots??

I'd have to guess "not embarrassed at all", considering they resorted to STEALING instead of having the basic common sense to use an alternate form of payment.
