Hey all, I found this site the other day by googling "rude customers".

Having read quite the chunk of your stories, I find myself feeling better about my SC. It is great to know that there are so many others that are developing a serious hate-on for customers.

I am the AM of, um, a fast food restaurant that deals mainly in chicken. I have many, many horror stories to add, and look forward to sharing (ok, venting) with you.

I don't know that we are developing a "hate-on" for customers, at least, not all of them, as there are some genuinely nice ones, and not all of them are deserving of hate. They are more annoyances...like stepping on gum.
