....the one across the alley from our house. Whenever you're having remodeling/cleaning/whatever, done, it's really, really annoying that whomever does this just throws the trash out into the alley, and puts things in the wrong trash containers. Not to mention that it gets crammed so full that other people can't use it. Also, is it REALLY necessary to tear up the trash bin lids and tip them over?
