Guy comes in, hands me a key, says "One"
I make key, ring him up and as I was handing him his change, another customer walks in.
He turns around and tells other customer: "I got her all warmed up for you!"

Obviously I wasn't there to catch the vibe, but possibly Custy 1 realizes that making a key requires some skill, and making his key was your practice for making Custy 2's? Or maybe he was referring to the key cutter itself? Maybe? (Hopefully )
