Stay in your room. This guest had to head 4 rooms down the hall in the less than 10 minutes it took me to prepare her order.

Also try not to fall asleep. Next order couldn't have taken me more than 15 minutes and the guy was napping on his bed, I am sure the copious amount of empties in his room had nothing to do with that.

The only reason I ever order room service is because I'm exhausted and don't feel like leaving the room. If you want to socialize with somebody you are traveling with in another room, why would you not go the restaurant?

We had two today that ordered and then left the room! And the server stopped by the desk within 30 minutes of them checking in, so it wasn't some weird thing like maybe they ordered and the food took forever and they gave up and left.
