Help finding a book/short story (kinda gory)

Ok, I'm just going to start out saying I have never read the story in question, I've just heard about it from my mom.

So: there is a story I'm looking for. Basic plot is a surgeon's teenaged daughter is raped by her boyfriend. Daddy hunts the boy down. Boy regains consciousness to find he's strapped to a table with his eyelids and tongue surgically removed and a mirror over his head, angled so he can see his whole body. Daddy then dismembers boy, joint by joint.

I want to read this thing, help?
